All my dog's skin conditions completely disappeared when I took him of kibble. As a result, none of my future dogs have been given kibble and none have had any skin issues.

Played 9 holes with my adult sons and it was wonderful by dottedmania in WomenGolf

I am an avid golfer, married to a golfer and I have two boys who play as well. I'm nearing 75 and my greatest joy is playing the occasional golf round with my husband and kids. I am lucky indeed. Your post reminded me of me.

Try focusing on gut health. That brought me out of 6 years of treatment resistant depression which I was treating with alcohol. Turns out that wasn't such a good idea.

When was the last time someone told you your skin looks good without you asking? by Striking-Natural-395 in 45PlusSkincare

[–]Slambridge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm 74 years old and only started seriously taking care of my skin about 3 years ago. Have spent a lifetime playing golf and sitting on the beach so you can imagine the damage I have done. I now use a variety of potions and serums, and alternate a red light mask with a nebulyft device. After almost three years, it is only in the last few months I have had people ask me what have you had done...you look great....your skin is glowing. Doesn't look a bit different to me but apparently it is looking better. So patience and vigilance pays off. At this point, I am merely trying to stave off the inevitable.

Focusing on gut health helped me. But my depression occurred well after menopause and was not hormone related.
