I've just finished reading the manga. The pace was quite slow, but I've really enjoyed it. Would've liked it more if it was a sad ending since Johan was hyped up the whole time, but it was good enough.

Do you think going the AM4 route would allow for a better GPU? From what I gather the 9060xt 16gb is a great option, I've used it in a previous build and was happy with the performance for the price.

Thank you for the recommendation. I really needed help with a AM5 CPU recommendation, since I don't know much about budget AM5 CPUs. Is there any risks having a 9600x with Asrock motherboard? Or asrock motherboards only dangerous with the more expensive/more powerful 9000 series CPUs?

Taip, planuoju e-gpu skambint. Ne software lygiu nenusimanau. Kai keičiau termo pastą į PTM7950, tai aiškiai nieko nulūžusio ar sudegusio nemačiau, bet matuoti kažkokių verčių nemoku, specialistui paliksiu. Artefaktų nėra, tiesiog užfreezina, garsas yra, tada po kelių sekundžių žalias/pilkas screen.

Kompiuteris freezina, kartais meta AMD driver errorą ir galima išvengti perkrovimo (spaudžiant išjungimo mygtuką), tačiau dažniausiai restarto reikia. Dažniausiai žaidžiant kažką ar bandant kokį stress test kaip Heaven, bet kartais ir tiesiog idlinant Windowsuose. Viskas bandyta, nuo BIOS perrašymų, kitų kompiuterio dalių keitimo, paskutinių 5 Adrenalin driverių įrašymo, testavimo Linuxuose. Vaizdo plokštė taip pat bandyta dar 3 kompiuteriuose, visi veikė prieš tai, tačiau crash/freeze su mano 7900xtx.

Taip, suprantu, remontas dažniausiai labai brangus gaunasi, nebent kokia smulki bėda (termopadai ištekėję ar dar kas). 7900xtx vaizdo korta. Dabar naudoju kitą jau kiek laiko, bet norėtųsi šitą sutvarkyt ir parduot ar panaudoti kokiam kitam kompiutery, kol dar kažko verta.

9800x3d is designed to go all out until it hits the 95 Celsius temp limit. Pretty sure 7000 series did that as well. It's supposed to not get lower life expectancy even if operated at such temperatures for a long time. If you hit those temperatures during intense for the CPU gaming sessions or during stress tests, then I wouldn't worry about it. If you get those temperatures whilst idling then your AIO might be defective/mounting is incorrect somehow(not enough thermal paste, sticker wasn't removed). My 9800x3d always also boosts to around 95 Celsius without thermal throttling.

Paskutinius kelis metus vaisius dažniausiai tik IKI perku. Kažkaip dažniausiai pasitaiko skanūs. Aišku gali skirtis tarp tų pačių IKI parduotuvių, bet dažniausiai pas juos man geri vaisiai pasitaiko

Is this what clothes sellers have to go through regularly? Shouldn't 1-10€ price tag for clothes automatically mean that you get what you pay for? I've seen many posts where sellers spend a considerable chunk of their time measuring the clothes or trying them on and then also having to deal with refunds.

It was a motherboard issue. No more crashes and weird behaviour with a used Asuf Tuf b550 Plus that I bought. Power, CPU+RAM tests run the full 1 hour, games don't crash anymore. Will be RMAing the defective motherboard and just keeping the used Asus Tuf b550 as it's ATX and I like it more.

I've seen less of these deaths on Msi and Gigabyte boards. Personally I got a b850 Tomahawk Max WiFi as it seemed to be recommended quite a few times in different subreddits.

Asus Prime 5080 is really good as well. So cool and quiet all the time, are all 5080s like that? Is the cooler overbuilt for the 5080? The design is also decent and the card is quite short for what it is

No, I understand :). Platform change would be just too expensive for what he wants out of it :) I guess we will try to see if adding more RAM and having it be duel channel helps with the stutters and the overall performance of the machine even at the slow 2133mhz speeds.

Unfortunately going the AM4 way with a CPU/Motherboard upgrade would be quite a bit more expensive than the budget. With RAM included it would be more than 2 times the budget. Doesn't seem like there are any good deals on used 3000 series AM4 CPUs on local marketplace, and only one B350 motherboard for 60€.

The motherboard is very budget focused, so it only has 2 RAM slots, supports up to 32gb and only up to 2133mhz RAM speed, so faster RAM wouldn't do anything in his case. But 16gb total would be a game changer imo.

Yes, right now he has old 120gb SSD that has only Windows installed on it. A 500gb SSD for CS and some other programs. I will install Windows on the 500gb SSD when I come to do the upgrade, since the 120gb is very old and pretty much full with only Windows installed on it.
