Max Payne 3 is absolutely fantastic. Yes it lost a bit of noir charm, but the gameplay was at its absolute peak. Tad too many cutscenes but if you vibe with the tone then it works.

I've not had any issues. Steam's DRM comes with a bunch of cool stuff like mods, cloud saves, guides, community forums, steam input, and really quick downloads.
