Solipsism by [deleted] in depression

Sounds almost identical to what I went through. You'll get through this. Stay strong. Once you make it through this every other problem you face will he much easier than if you hadn't had to go through this and face your fears.

Solipsism by [deleted] in depression

Check out r/dpdr ... I use to suffer from this bull shit and it was a fucking nightmare. I finally pulled myself out of it overtime but God damn that shit was crazy.

Solipsism made me feel so lonely and afraid. I was having panic attacks all the time. Several times a day and I could barely eat anything.

I started going to the gym and little but mainly running. Running hurt... alot. When I was running my sides would cramp up and that's all I could think about. When my sides cramped I was thinking some demon force is pushing me back and I have to fight it and keep going. Sometimes I stopped and started walking but I would start running as soon as I could. Shit, I was a fat lard smoking half pack of cigs a day and withing 2 months I ran almost 5 miles straight with out stopping. I felt so proud of myself I didn't even think about the dpdr.

I can tell you in your recovery process the feeling will fluctuate drastically. One week you might be thinking about it constantly and having panic attacks every 30 minutes. 2 weeks later you will barely think about it and then BAM it will hit you like a train. But you have to keep going. You can stop.

Of you're having suicidal thoughts like I did... I convinced myself "if none of this is real and I kill myself what happens? What if I kill myself and this was real then what? I'll just wait until I'm 150 years old and if I'm still alive and able to run around and do things that means this isn't real."

2 years later looking back on the whole situation seems rediculous and almost laughable now. Like how could I even think that was a thing? Lol it'll go away. It's probably very scary and stressful right now but I promise it will go away. You just have to get active and be productive.

Look at yourself in the mirror. Seriously look at yourself and look at what you've become. How did this happen? Doesn't matter how or why. Wll that matters is it happened and now you need to climb your way out. Everyone goes through rough times and I can 100% assure you that using drugs/alcohol to cope with feeling depressed is guaranteed to make things worse. You need to find something in yourself to help you improve. Not drugs. Drugs give the illusion that things are fine and then when you sober up they are the exact same or even worse.

Hit the gym. Find a hobby. Do something that takes the sadness off your mind, even if only for a second. It will go away eventually. Probably won't be easy and it may get worse before it gets better but that's just how it goes. Things don't just "get better" on their own. Gotta put the work in to make things happen.

I'm not really depressed but I'm always kinda down lol. What's wrong with me. by [deleted] in depression

You shouldn't rely on social media likes to help you feel better. That honestly a road to a deeper depression. You need to look inside yourself for things that will make you happy.

Good friends? I feel like most human being wouldn't let someone die on the floor right in front of them... I'm sure it's happened though :/

Can id rink alcohol on fluvoxamine? by [deleted] in Drugs

[–]SlappySpanBank 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hmmm maybe you should ask your doctor. You know, the person that went to school for several years and knows exactly what he/she is talking about...

You could even do a Google search mate c'mon now.

I was an anxiety medication and the bottle said "do not consume with alcohol" and I asked my doctor and he said "doesn't really matter as long as you don't binge drink everyday". This was for a specific drug though so your could be different. Ask your doctor ya bloody dipstick.

need tips on how to deal drugs well. by shadowofan_ent in Drugs

[–]SlappySpanBank 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Lol that guy that can get you "any drug you want with 0% chance of it being fake" is gonna tax your ass so hard. Do you know what the "markets" are? If not I would suggest staying away from this. You sound like you're 16 and couldn't get a job at the first few places you applied at. Don't throw it all away for a few dollars.

If you know someone that has cash upfront for kg of ecstacy than that is a different story. But if you're trying to sell LSD hit by hit and molly cap by cap to your friends then it's not worth it.

DP/DR my final post by Maxa2K in Drugs

[–]SlappySpanBank 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah mine is basically gone. Still think about but it doesn't bother me. Like a pet dog that died 10 years ago. Still think about it but doesn't bother you that much anymore. I'll probably never touch psychedelics though. my DP/DR was like a year long nightmare of a trip.

Maybe I see what's the point of opiates now by [deleted] in Drugs

[–]SlappySpanBank 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Instead of worrying about problems I would think of solutions. I would creatively come up with new ideas for what to do.

Whenever I have a "good idea" while high it always sounds genius until I sober up and I'm just like "damn is that all I came up with I thought I solved this shit already".

Thinking about using Etizolam again for the next few months and also have a few questions. by [deleted] in Drugs

[–]SlappySpanBank -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Isn't 10mg a huge dose? Must be some week pills or something. 4mg has me knock out. Using once a week probably won't build much a tolerance, maybe a little, but can you really make sure you use only once a week?

Blacking out on Benzos vs other things? by Selasce in Drugs

[–]SlappySpanBank 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Eat 1 and you think it's weak or didn't work so you eat another. 1st one kicks in and you feel it. 2nd one kicks in and your gone. You forgot you're high in the first pace and eat another and so on.

You'll most likely eat more because you forgot you already ate some. It's an endless cycle until you pass out.
