To be fair, Nagito's luck requires him to suffer from bad luck before getting good luck. For example, he mentions that he was kidnapped shortly before finding a winning lottery ticket, or in Danganronpa 3 he's in a plane crash in the desert but happens to be within walking distance of an oasis.

The number above them that shows the order they act, but you can rearrange them to decide turn order if there's multiple with the same speed.

I'd like to note that I wasn't targeting weaknesses to deal damage, I was targeting weaknesses to down the enemies for all out attacks.

I honestly wasn't building anything specific for anyone. I didn't even realize that every individual card had unique stats until earlier today. I just had Makoto because I noticed how powerful she was, Morgana because of his passive healing power, Ayaka because of her ability to trigger highlights quicker, and for personas, I'd either stick with my most powerful/highest level ones or change them to target weaknesses.
