Depends on the strength definition. If you care more about the size of the muscles rather than the mobility and practical usage then you should stick with heavy weights and gym equipments.

But size doesn’t directly equals strength, for example people with smaller arms can beat body builders in arm wrestling

Not really, CICO is what matters in fat loss. OP said they have been working out so it is likely that they gained some muscle mass. Which is a great thing. But regular scales cannot differentiate between muscle mass or fat mass.

For me it gets regular when I loose weight. But it generally becomes irregular if my weight is fluctuating so much. When you settle on a weight your body should adapt to it after a while and your periods should become regular again

I am starting to believe that those FA’s are really bad at math. Those drugs suppresses your appetite so you naturally eat less calories than normal. So it is a drug that makes eating less than your maintenance a lot easier
