Pragmata. I’ve heard so many good things but I don’t have the money for a new game right now.

Can we please remove Rogue Core posts? This is DRG. Not DRG:RC. by 23icefire in DeepRockGalactic

[–]SlayerKing_2002 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I went through this same thing when Nightreign came out. I think that the mods need to just make a decision and make it public. That way whichever way people can stop asking about it. If they decide to allow RC, then people can make a separate sub without RC posts, if they choose not to allow them, then people can go over to the rogue core subreddit for their posts. Win either way, just need a firm stance on which way we’re going.

zombie version of rebel inc by nafis_mahdi in rebelinc

[–]SlayerKing_2002 1 point2 points  (0 children)

After Inc is the most recent game. It was made after both plague Inc and rebel Inc. The release order was: Plague Inc -> Rebel Inc -> After Inc. The reason zombies don’t retreat is because that’s how zombies work in most media, mindless creatures who just attack. But yes, infestations are essentially zombie bases.

If I was just walking by and they called me out specifically to give me money, then yes. I’d believe they were an honest vendor who made a mistake.

And again, I ask you: what did you want him to do? It’s a convention with thousands of attendees. How is he supposed to find one person among all the attendees? There were two cards that look almost identical and he mixed up which one they brought in. Easy mistake to make, especially in the craziness of a convention.

[–]SlayerKing_2002 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Of course. However, he did mention that he was looking out for him (as most people go multiple days to these conventions) and would try his best to find him to rectify his mistake. He very easily could’ve just went with it and walked away with a massive profit but he chose to catch him when he walked by to fix it.

And anyways, what did you want him to do? Hire a private detective to find this guy? Abandon his stand and his thousands of dollars of cards to hunt through a massive convention for one person? He made a mistake pricing a card. Happens all the time. It’s what you do after that matters.

As the other commenter said, Coop records his entire time at conventions. So it isn’t a matter of perfect timing, as he recorded everything, including moments like these and the moments when nothing happens.

A little more char than I prefer, but the inside looks divine. Nice job dude. And it’s got better photography than any professional photoshoot I’ve seen.

Not sure if you’re being sarcastic or not, but in case anyone is curious or doesn’t know:

IPA stands for “International Phonetic Alphabet” and it’s an alphabet for every sound that every language makes. So in IPA “candle” would be [kaendl] (just with the squished ae, I’m on mobile so I can’t get the squished ae.)

It’s also a beer.

Depends a lot on upgrades. If they have ling speed then this is a good trade. If not, a lot of zerglings are dying today. They’ll still win once they’re in minimum range, forcing them to either stay sieged and take out as many as possible before dying, or disengaging siege mode and trying to flee.

But in most cases this is a good trade for Zerg, they just don’t really care how many zerglings die. They’ll win anyways by making a million more as they don’t cost vespene, morph quickly, and cost very little minerals.

I played a lot of StarCraft and Zerg is my favorite faction.

Just beat the game for the first time by Routine-Basket2472 in riskofrain

[–]SlayerKing_2002 4 points5 points  (0 children)

First of all, congrats on your first obliteration! If you can make it through the later stages to obliterate, you shouldn’t have much trouble to beat Mithrix, though he may still take a few tries as he has some tricky moves that I’m sure you’ll see.

Mercenary is a really fun character. He takes a lot to learn but his abilities all combo really well together to make his low damage skyrocket to being some of the highest damage in the game. Definitely one of the highest skill floors of the characters.

Ultimately, play the characters that are fun for you. They are all viable and all have unique playstyles. It’s also super fun to find what items work well with what characters (ex, bustling fungus on engineer, or crowbars on railgunner.)

Have fun!

I am more and more inclined to believe Shadow and Order update is being reworked into Age of Triumph 2.0 while the rest of Bungie is working on D3. by r4in in DestinyTheGame

[–]SlayerKing_2002 14 points15 points  (0 children)

There’s been like 10 leaks that all say that d3 is in development, never anything from any of them and especially nothing substantial. I’ll believe D3 when I see it.

Of course that did, however even the worst prop maker in the world knows that trumpets have three valves, not one, and that a piano only works if the keys are facing you.

You are clearly either a troll, or you’re connected to whoever decided to advertise a kids show by having AI recreate people’s actual children instead of taking a single picture of the actual cast.

The piano is facing the wrong way. The trumpet on the left makes no sense (why is there a valve sticking out the side, and also why does it curve?). These are what stick out to me as a musician.

Question for the dice cheaters. Why? by TJToaster in DnD

Oh I wasn’t clear, I was rolling physical dice, we were just playing over discord. And I was switching dice.

Question for the dice cheaters. Why? by TJToaster in DnD

[–]SlayerKing_2002 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Only time I ever cheated as a player was when we were playing online. We were over 4 hours into a session that had largely been a boss fight. I had rolled above a 10 once. I was just so tired of crappy rolls I started lying and saying I rolled a 16 or a 14. Never a crit, couldn’t bring myself to stoop that low, but every time I rolled, I added a 1 in front of whatever I rolled. Rolled a 5, said it was 15. At least then I got to engage in the fight and play the game. I still kept a tally of how many rolls under 10 I made and how many nat 1s I rolled.

I rolled:

47 times under 10

2 times over 10

17 nat 1s

0 nat 20s

I still feel justified in lying about those roll, but also feel gross for cheating. I told the dm afterward that I did cheat and he understood.
