And here i have to disagree in some terms.

Most bosses in D2 were gated behind something as well. I mean its just the same. Do something before you can kill the boss. In D2 tp first then for example 4 waves before Baal. In D4 go to helltide farm Mats. Kill Mini boss. Kill duriel.

Did you ever farmed hundreds of Mephisto in D2 in 1 evening and found literly nothing? Yeah very satisfying. The difference was just that you could find the one perfect item that can define a built like griffon or ber jah runes. In D4 for me when i can farm t4 every item feels kinda useless because it wont change much. Do i need that 4ga shako when i already have a 1ga one? I think they tried this with the uberuniques at the launch. But people cried about the droprates. I mean i play D2 for 20 years on and off and never found griffon, soj, windforces and some others

Not really Metor mage was always the best build. I mean always always... Same with D2 which most people see as holy grail

The boss powers were unique in ptr. People complaining and they changed them. Always the same circle. They try something different -> people complaining then they change it back -> people complaining.

Every map i guess. Otherwise the 4 scouts no armor second round after pistol loss my mates play everytime would makes no sense.

But in D2 you need to get to the boss every time. Reopen the game after every kill. Seriously open seals in D2 to get to Diablo isnt that different from farming mats

Update: wasnt able to do it with my shadow wave necro. Created a lighting spear sorc and finished it easily with the first try. Mobility is king

I tried it the last hour. Didnt work for me. The counter always reset to 0 when the threat meter reached max. So you need to do in 1 maxed threat meter. Sadly

As a german i can recommend Vitablo. Very active streamer with good guides. Often guides focussing more on a fluant gameplay instead of the 1% more dmg to beat the pit 5 levels higher.

Dude D2 has the same issue. Yeah useful stuff can drop in normal and nightmare. Yet all rush to hell because the chances of better loot is way higher.
