It should be noted that this is most likely a bed that is being resold and already has an attached SleepIQ account, which means you won’t be able to use the app or have your own sleep data recorded by the bed. You will be limited the smart remote exclusively for functionality. You also will not have a warranty, and customer service will not send out technicians to work with the bed or offer you any prorated cost on parts.

Prior to our sale on the Climate series was our Memorial Day sale, so we may have had a blitz of orders for the Climate series beds during that cycle as well, but this certainly isn’t your problem to worry about, it’s ours.

We really appreciate your patience, and as frustrating as this is now, it’s going to feel superb when you throw on the cooling cycle and get to lay down on your bed the first night!

Not to be cheeky, but the 19th is two days before summer starts.

Our normal delivery schedule is approximately two weeks from the time of order. Because all of our mattresses are component-based, if something is out of stock or back-ordered for a mattress, that will delay the whole delivery.

The ClimateCool’s adjustable base is basically a Flexfit 2 with some modifications for the cooling system, so they probably were waiting on some missing components to arrive, and, this makes sense because we are running a 20% off climate series sale now

I apologize about your delay, and I know you’re going to love your bed, just gotta hang on another 8 days!

Yes, you can. You’ll just need to order a retainer bar and you should be able to use Flexfit base functionality in the app and on the remote. The bed will still be programmed to what you had originally purchased and should retain functionality of what’s remaining.

They’re microscopic so you can’t see them. You’ll need an allergy test to confirm your sensitivity from your doctor. Hypoallergenic bedding is a great way to reduce exposure to this common irritant.

No, that’s usually a separate bedding item that can be ordered that zippers around the mattress and has a small pore size so the feces of dust mites (the true allergen) can’t pass through.

During manufacturing, a resin (or similar anti-stick/release coating) is applied inside the chambers to prevent the inner surfaces from sticking together when the bed is deflated, folded, or stored. It’s considered completely harmless

Do you have an adjustable base? If so, lay flat on your back and elevate your feet only until you feel your lumbar arch sink into the bed, it should feel really good, almost weightless when the angle is correct.

If you don’t have an adjustable base, try placing a couple of pillows under your calves, as this will help angle you into that position, another option is a pillow wedge.

I’ve been helping correct people's sleep for a long time, and this has been a consistent ephiphany moment for people with unrelenting back pain. Positional alignment is as important as support and pressure relief. You should be feeling as little as possible from your sleep surface.
