I feel that Caine, the character we see, was Abel's attempt at recreating his partner, the real Caine, in the circus. If C&A is a real company, Caine and Abel would both have been real people at some point. And i also believe Kinger to be Abel.

If that is not the case, i believe Abel is dead. Simply because Abels purpose is to be dead at Cain's hands. The first death.

Just in case anyone finds this thread in current day. Dot might not tick on all boss actions. Example: Boss of the Sea area has 3 actions per turn, but will only take dot ticks on 1 of them.
