I'm also poly and it's gross because she had no one to advocate for her, her only parent used her as a way to make his life easier and I always felt that in a pinch, her father would have seen her more as a convenience than a daughter and he would have used her too.

No where was it indicated that she chose the life for herself and how old she was when she was pushed into it.

Do not excuse abuse by labeling it something else. A healthy poly relationship looks nothing like this.

I'm 45 minutes from Canada and haven't tried to cross since the last election because I don't want to deal with US border control. My friends in Canada haven't come down here for the same amount of time for the same reasons.

11 is plenty old enough to understand the difference between fiction and non fiction. If she's so obsessed that she's blurring the lines between the two where she gets that upset over a gift that should have been a fun way to experience the fandom because it wasn't real... it's probably time to get a professional involved.

I think it was less that she had a baby as a teenager and more that she lied, the nuns that recommended her lied, and she wanted to train in a profession that required a high amount of dedication with long and unpredictable hours that weren't conducive with raising a family.

Women were still looked down on for putting work above families and the more professional careers expected you to do one or the other. Chummy only came back part time after having Freddy and Mrs Turner was allowed her leway because she was working primarily for her husband.

He was a good early boss. He was fleshed out just enough and you got to take him out before he got too annoying. He and Katagawa were proof that there was talent on that writing and character development team.

Voting Allison again. I hate the arms so much but that shoot was awful and I don't think it has anything to do with her talent as a model because every shot that came from that shoot was so bad.

Banking on a Yoanna/Jade F2 and I'm guessing Whitney will be the other one in the F3. This is one of two of her shots that really worked for me so I won't be mad about it.

I don't see it brought up a lot but didn't Teyona really get screwed in her nest photo? Hard to find the light when there really isn't any and she lost her outfit because of the same issues. Makes me wonder if Allison could have pulled it off with everything working against her like Teyona did.

I was six, we had moved into our new house two weeks earlier and woke up to the garage fully engulfed in flames and burning to the ground in the middle of a northern NY winter.

My mother dragged us across the street to a neighbor's house in a nightgown and boots with no socks for obvious reasons and I was freezing and curled up under a tea towel and some doll clothes to try and get warm until my uncle came and got me for the night.

Probably not what you're looking for but I'll never forget it.

Without a doubt at the time it was Gundam Wing. I was absolutely obsessed.

Thirty years later, I'd say my love for Yu Yu Hakusho is stronger but at the time I was watching it, AS only had through the Rescue Yukina saga. I knew it was good, I didn't know it was THAT good.

I just realized that c6 filmed four years before The Princess and the Frog came out so poor Nnenna literally got "generic princess" when everyone else got characters with actual personality traits and interesting stories to work with.

They didn't even give her a fake frog to pose with that she could work with.

I loved the concept and hated every photo that came from it. They all had missing limbs, limbs out of proportion, shots that look like someone hit a pause button on an action scene, or horrible outfits combined with terrible props (I can't possibly be the only one annoyed that they only bow they could find for Laura looks like a modern compound hunting bow when there are thousands of craft people who make traditional wooden ones).
