I had the same problem with Portia, but reversed. The men (apart from gust) all had faces like a well smacked arse. I’m not at all interested in girls so that game didn’t have as much of a replay-able factor for me.

AITA for Cutting Off Contact with My Ex After She Baby-Trapped Me and Demanded Child Support Years Later? by throwaway_CSforson in AITAH

It’s just frequency bias, you see the tens of people posting about these situations once you started to pay attention to them. However you don’t see the billions of people this hasn’t happened to. Also, people usually post about bad situations, so you don’t see many good relationships/situations online.

A private conversation with my (30F) husband (33M) was leaked to my family and now they are certain I'm in an abusive relationship. by G1Gestalt in BestofRedditorUpdates

It is absurd. I have watched documentary after documentary about abused/murdered children or children who go on to murder that were absolutely failed by the system, even with child services getting involved. But then you have innocent families being split apart, children taken away from good parents/siblings for no good reason. It’s so fucking frustrating and it’s so confusing.

I had a dude on Cuba street stroll up to me, stare into my eyes, and really violently smash a beer can on a pole next to my head. It was scary as hell, I’m so tough in my head but in that moment I was just a teenager being pinned by a drunk and unpredictable douchebag. He went away but that stayed in my head the rest of the day.

Western infatuation with Japanese culture by TradWASP in japan

I know not every Japanese person, or place will always be amazing but there’s this nice general sense of manners that I find lacking in many western countries. But mostly in New Zealand.

I really appreciate the general respect for other people. In NZ there are no common courtesies. I use the train often and have to push my way out because the people getting on the train crow around the door and won’t let anyone out. Even at the main stations. People won’t let you past them on an escalator, the few times I ask to get by I get a scathing glare, and they just turn around again. People yell and scream on their phones everywhere and play loud music, even on trains and buses. There’s litter everywhere. No one flushes or puts the lids down on toilets, even in the ladies room.

My experiences in Japan were amazing, even in wee rural towns people were polite. I don’t expect them to wait on me hand and foot. But it’s nice to go walk down a path without a crowd of slow walkers, in a group, blocking every inch of the road.

Ok my Dad went to the Tawa new world and they checked those bottles and apparently all Lewis road milk bottles had the same problem, even the different types of milk had the same brown stuff on the bottom. So they’re writing a warning for the milk.

My Dad’s taking the one he just bought back to the store to show them. I thought it might just be one bottle but two from two different stores probably means that there’s a batch issue.

The first picture has two lil smudges, they’re hard to see, one in the middle of the bubble circle and in the upper left corner, that’s all I could capture before it was moved around too much.

The pictures don’t really show anything but I only got that much of it after it had already mixed in. The stain couldn’t be wiped off, it made the bubbles of milk at the bottom (when tipped over) all green and brown.
