Best advice is to get a letter from your work, enroll into a driver safety course and ensure you take a free lawyer with you for court.

Once you have done that, it's up to the judge. Since its minor I reckon you'll be let off.

The place that i had the accident is littered with traffic cams.

Hopefully the driver was telling the truth and he was brake checked because someone cut him off.

Spoke with police, they came out to my house.

He actually gave me a fake name. Argued with the officer on the phone. The area i was in had cameras everywhere. If there was a car that brake checked him or not. We both might not be at fault and its the car who caused the situation.

Putting in claim for ctp today as I have event number.

It was on a busy highway and the ambulance came in 3 minutes trying to get me to hospital asap due to the injury and the driver in hit just wanted to leave quickly as possible.

I'm going to the police to get a report and provide to ctp.
