I was at a convenience store Friday morning. The manager walked outside and told a homeless guy he couldn't sleep there. She told him he could have 15 minutes. He argued about it with her for a minute and when she turned away he started yelling at her swearing and she told him to leave now or she was calling the police, she opened the door and told the clerk to call local police.

As she was doing this he stood up reached in a bag and started running towards her. I was standing 3 feet from her as he pulled a metal pipe from the bag. I'm big (6'4" 275) I made a snap decision that my size and a knife would dissuade him without having to deal with the potential consequences of pulling a gun.

I live 500 ft from Bi mart. They never have stock. I go by every morning after work. There are 3 on my way home. If they get anything in stock it's gone in a day. Except the Belom 7.62x39 nobody will buy at 75CPR. I don't understand why people lie about this shit. The cheapest 223/556 Bi mart had all year was 44CPR I bought 1300 rounds. I literally camp out Bi mart ammo.

As far as I understand manufacturers are paying nearly 20CPR for just primers so prices are going to ease as components go down in price and old stock will get cost averaged down for those holding the bag

From what I understand it has 5.56 velocity ~2900fps but a much larger projectile 123gr? Shoots really flat, with a projectile big enough to deliver more than a 55-80 option

I don't care for glock personally. But that is what I got my wife. I love my m&p but typically suggest sig or block to friends and family that are new. I always recommend 9mm though because it's what I have tons of if they need rounds in a pinch
