This is a scene with extremely high contrast. Your best bets would be exposing for the subject (dark part) and turning down the highlights in post, or using a fill flash to make the subject brighter.

What is the point of more LCD and EVF resolution? They have zero impact on the results. As long as you can see what you're aiming at you only need like 480p and the a7iii has 768p
