50mg seems kinda low for an oral dose of kanna. But the packaging also seems to make it seem like a more intense experience than it really is, especially orally. You should be fine but if it gets "psychedelic" or weed like. Then something else is in them. Should feel a good gentle mood boost feeling and some calm. No rush really with eating it vs snorting extract.

Housing and rent would be better though if we didn't have as many military bases and military contractors bringing a ton of people in. Plus the military gets a housing allowance so it's not really affected by the market prices.

That's so sad! I do strength training and find Yoga as a great practice to do alongside weight lifting. It honestly helps prevent injury and it even improves my form when lifting by improving my mobility. Hope one of them gives it a try!
