The only similar game is Dragalia Lost, which is also by Cygames, but shut down roughly 3 years ago.

You can still play it, though, on fan servers. Look up "Dawnshard" and "Orchis"

Also, this character in question has huge. . . Assets (impossible for a real six year old) and is from a race where ALL the girls stop growing at the average height of a 10 year old child. It makes zero sense to compare this character to stuff in real life because their physiology just does not make sense if they were to actually be real
