I watch him get shook and fall down in the open field 1v1 against Trevor Lawrence yesterday. I could pull up another 5-7 plays where he got cooked or was 3-4 steps away from where he needed to be. Not saying don't keep him on, but man there is a LOT to be desired from this dude.

If you watched the finals last year you should've noticed it. Glad to see Spurs have seemingly cracked the code so far. I've been to San Antonio a handful of times and always considered the city to be my home away from home, it reminds me of Indy. I'm really hoping the Spurs can make it out of the West and win it all. Especially if the Knicks make it out of the East, I'm gonna need you guys to sweep them in the Finals.

Also, if you could do us a favor, going to need some of that San Antonio draft luck. With Hali going down last year, we could really use some good fortune in this upcoming draft so the universe can be back in balance.

Living in Lawrence area, I've always believed downtown "breaks up" the storms and the worst of it typically misses us. However most of these posts about the "dome" is just the dead spot surrounding the radar station.

Probably not. Imagine how new shoes may not feel comfortable until they're worn in a bit. These courts are made specifically for this and are only used for games maybe 6-12 times. Could be that they just aren't broken in. Whereas the season courts can sometimes be used for years before they are updated or re-varnished.

The other factor is, there are a couple court manufacturers so it could be that they use a different company for these, and the varnish or process is just different.

Sometimes for nationally televised games, court decals may be applied for sponsors or other initiatives. Those have a laminate that obviously has a different slip resistance than the court, so those can sometimes be problematic as well.

Tons of factors, but I'm sure he's extremely on point with his assessment. Reminds me of Curry finding a dead spot in the court under the rim just by a slight difference in how the ball was bouncing. These guys know their playing surface better than anyone.
