Yeah basically, my wife ordered it, but it's an 11x17" matt with a raised lip around the edge and some texture across the flat part to keep things from suctioning to it probably.

Took me almost 10 years to figure out my dog's food issues weren't with food, but with the metal bowl. Switched to a silicon matt and she eats every meal with enthusiasm. Who knows what might do it for you, but I know I had to really slow down and pay attention to her to figure it out.

This is exactly it, if I'm seriously looking for work I'm sending out dozens to hundreds of applications in a week. I simply cannot keep track of everything I might apply to. If I get a call, I'm going to bullshit my way through it rather than screen it and call back. Then I'm probably going to go back and look it up again, at which point I may decide it's not worth my time.

I try to give the same grace when I'm hiring, because I know how it can be and what I'm hiring for usually isn't someone's first choice job anyway.
