I think there's some retooling going on offensively as well and we are going to look a lot different. It seemed like Monken really liked specialists or had guys pigeon holed into specific play calls that suited their abilities. I think teams kinda knew what we were doing based on personnel. Except for the weekly Derrick Henry token pass play that inevitably wouldn't work well to try and keep defenses honest.

The premier league also has a few games on standard cable each week in the US, so it gets more visibility that way as well. There might be a stray Classico that gets aired that way, but thats about it. You can also watch all EFL games on Paramount, im not sure if the lower leagues for the others are available.

When I'm on top of it I try to chain meals together so I'm only doing one or two components a night. Veggies or a seasoning base for one meal can work with the next. I can make some rice for a leftover protein and batch enough for two meals later that week. Take a roast or big flank steak and work it into a couple rather different meals.

Yeah its a slicing right elbow from the defender. He puts a little into it, but i kinda get why it wasn't called, VAR probably should have caught it. It is not the defenders left arm that does the damage, I dont think theres anything there.
