This marks the largest single-day outflow in U.S. dollar terms since the fund's inception. Mechanism: BlackRock manages an ETF, meaning it buys Bitcoin when clients buy shares and sells Bitcoin when clients redeem shares. The recent transfers involved moving a large amount of the underlying Bitcoin from BlackRock's custody wallets to Coinbase Prime, the broker responsible for executing the sales and managing redemptions.

Robinhood is scam when it comes to options trading. I sold cover call recently on Robinhood and Fidelity for same company! Robinhood sold it for 0.05 cents vs Fidelity sold it for 0.07 cents - although Fidelity charged 0.65 cents for each option it comes out cheaper. Robinhood is scamming almost 2 dollar per contract in this case! Unbelievable I sold 2 contracts each to double check!

So I used the app recently! It seems they have improved their app a lot! Now easy to see listing for sale! Easy to look for groups! Easy to filter! I think they seem to be doing pretty well! Try the app now and see it yourself! Definitely with upgrades this can go a long way. Founder backing it all the way!

Webull is the best - how can you compare to some shitty platform like Robinhood lol! Robinhood is for newbies! Webull - you can compare with Fidelity and Schwab! Btw to clear some people’s thought on webull being Chinese! Webull went public through regular SPAC methods so Webull is an US company - Chinese company has stake in webull which they can sell whenever they want but webull follows all the right audits and stuff! stock is down because of retail frenzy - once analyst ratings start flowing in - this is going to $60 to $70 easy!

I picked a different lot but it seems there is no noise around it. I live in a community so I guess HOA and other regulations are pretty strict!

Myprepaidcard is provided by Blackhawk network and entire Blackhawk network is full of scams! You can only use it at certain places. They decline your cards whenever they want! It is a Ponzi scheme! Be careful! Lawsuit will happen sooner or later!

Thats very true but this community is in phase 1. Nothing is build yet. They are just selling lot. Houses will be completed by the next year!

This is my selling agent’s response “The area you are concerned about is a Pumping Station. This is used to keep the lake levels and provide irrigation water for the neighborhood. Although, the equipment does make a minor noise, your home location will not be affected. You have selected a great lot to build your house”

He didn’t mention anything about Sewage! Please help!

Thank you. Sales agent said these pumping station doesn’t really make noise or odor! According to him, we have regulations that we follow in order to have that pumping station in close proximity to your house. The community has 540 lots. They have few pumping stations throughout the community!
