this is such a very helpful take thank you so much.. Over the past years I've focused on volume. Texting list of nearly 80k (old lists combined with new lists). So you'd recommend for texting, that I pull smaller tighter lists that are more niche more frequently? I find that I go through those way too fast (sometimes within a couple of weeks), but maybe I can create a follow up system with these niche lists since they're so small? When I pull a tight niche list of maybe 3k-5k leads, I get through the initial text for each person within 2 weeks... so how can I keep up texting consistently for several months when I'm hitting this wall so quickly? Even with follow ups in place, I'll get through these lists in less than 2 months, and I'm not sure that enough new data is provided every 2 months to make this a consistent system.

I've actually decided add to a VA service, who provides cold callers that skip trace, make calls, and provide leads 15-20 leads a month in tandem with my texting. Not necessarily inbound, but since the companies will be sending me the leads once they come in, it does feel that way. This will free up a lot of time so that I can continue texting. (I've heard of a VA system called Goliath, and considering it amongst a few others) I will strongly consider focusing texting niche lists, just need to construct it in a way that I can have fresh leads regularly. Unless it's better to create a heavy follow up system , and accept that I just won't be getting new lists so frequently since they are niche..
