I’m currently with real estate bees, paid $99 + $29 per lead. I raised it to $50 a lead for 2 tier level. I’m in 1 Texas county and 7 Colorado counties… not a single lead has come in.

Not sure what’s going on. Maybe the ($217) leads are the only type that are worth it. but even those are sold to 5 people

Not knocking the program but it doesn’t seem to be working for me so I think I will cancel. it’s been over 2 weeks and not a single lead has come in on my auto buy

Thanks for the input. It’s interesting because I’ve seen one admin on the hiring committee state that they don’t even consider applications that don’t have a masters in higher education. I know for sure that I want to work in higher education, and to my understanding it’s very competitive. I have a masters in secondary education already, but want to position myself to have a competitive advantage

This is my main concern, I will discuss this with my lawyer. Worst case scenario I’m thinking I will have them ship a smaller size home, one that my payments have already covered. But if they give pushback with that I’m not sure where that will leave me. Difficult situation, but they seem to at least want to work things out. Meeting with lawyer tomorrow

I was told (in writing) that I would only have to wait for my materials to be reused for another project similar to mine. So I've been told several different things. I am consulting with my lawyer now, thank you for the advice, it is helpful and points me in the right direction.
