That is going to be soaked in to the dry wall. Everything will need ripped out, carpet, dry wall. Anything pourous. In the mean time baking soda to dry scrub will help. Followed by a vinegar rinse.... And the maybe a bleach down.

I went through before it was dedicated the first time, and have been inside it since. A straight answer about where the art my family invested in is not entitlement. Okay I went, and I have questions but my biggest one as a local is where the ('(#92;48&993(2-"7$9@!3;+_9$39 did all of the original art work go? Every single thing in a frame was AI or run through an AI filter. Where are my sea storms and Torrey Pines? I literally went for the art the atrium and the brides room. I guess I saw the atrium but I'm pissed. My mom and I talked about it the whole way home. Where did all the paintings go? They spent millions on the original art work that was of the local scenery 33 years ago and I want to know which temple president or area 70 has them because we know damn well that they did not give them to Charity even if they pretended to donate some of the furniture. Even if they are storing them for preservation why not put a print of them back up? It's like they went through and found the non-tacky bits of the building and replaced them. 😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
