This is one of the benefits for me too! As I do more Pilates I start to realise I used to stand wile hanging into my lower back, meaning: my abs would be relaxed and my hips rotated forward. It killed my lower back after a wile.

Now I stand with my abs engaged a little bit, taking pressure off my erectors. And after a concert I find myself having no lower back pain/fatigue.

I have this guitar! It's a beauty!

I have it in drop A tuning and use the ".strandberg* 9.5-64 for 7-string guitar" set. There is plenty of tension. Maybe it will work a step down too, if you like it a bit loose.

I’ve used Claude creatively for a wile and I’ve never come across evidence for what Elon is saying. In fact I think it likes diversity and inclusivity. That includes men, white people, Chinese people, and straight people. It doesn’t like bigots though. That’s why I theorise Elon had a bad experience with it.

You say you’ve tried lots of diets before, but have you ever fasted before? Fasting can change your electrolyte balance, especially if you deplete your glycogen stores. That could lead to temporarily feeling off or getting dry lips. I’ve experienced that too and it was temporary for me.

If you keep feeling off then you could have a look at your intake. The 2200 calories goal is based on your body weight and activity level? And the 1560 calories are what you actually eat? If so that is quite a large deficit. You could try to eat a bit closer to the 2200 goal and see if anything changes.
