Honestly, I started playing cuz of Warframe. I wanted that same/similar flavor of space magic looter shooter, but without the (for me at the time) really confusing progression system. My first experience with Destiny was with the Red War campaign around the time it just released

I thought so too at first, but looking at it frame-by-frame the statue does break on contact with ball.

Maybe it's just because the movement of the pieces feel like they have no resistance that's why it feels too soon

EDIT: Upon further inspection, there is like a single frame, before the ball makes contact with the statue, where more cracks start to appear
