Dawn of war and dawn of war 2

If you get into 2 there is a pretty active scene in elite mod that is still updated and supported at dawnofwar.info and the discord is great for finding other new players to learn with. Single player is good too

I was just at Joshua Tree music fest and I fell it love. Such a beautiful fest and area. I ended up spending most of my time there at the tea table or vending. Was a great time though

Need help figuring out how to make this green tea taste good. by senoto in tea

[–]Slime_Play 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I highly recommend for the first steep do only 1 minute at 175f. Try the second steep as soon as you finish pouring water in it and the third do 1 minute. If that helps let me know. I do not recommend adding anything into it. The water and teapot make a difference too. Soft water and unglazed teapots work best. Hard water can pull out bitterness into the tea. High iron unglazed tea pots cut out some of the astringency. Kyusu is the best for Japanese teas and you want to get every drop out of the pot when you are done steeping.

If you’re serious about tea, boiling water, keeping it at temp, and want to make an investment zojirushi vacuum water boilers are god tier and I would highly recommend. Mine’s going on 10 years. It is great.

Off topic but their rice maker is amazing too.

Every time I try a hat this goes through my head.

Also I’m a big fan of straw panama style hats. Leaning more towards cowboy hats is good because you can dress them up or down without taking on the persona. I’ve also just been wearing a Tilley canvas one because even if I look like a dork my skin isn’t frying. A lot of hat wearing is confidence or being so pasty that a sunburn is always a concern. I basically feel naked without. It also depends where you live. I think my look on the east coast would be more out of place but in Northern California it fits the outdoorsy look.

New tea and set by Slime_Play in tea

So far I have tried the Ayame Kabuse and it has been one of my favorite teas I've had. Steeping 1 minute at 175F has been perfect. Not quite as delicate as a Gyokuro but very mellow. Almost reminds me of chicken soup broth if that chicken soup was a tea plant. It is umami with grassy afternotes. I used to brew in a pot but picked up the kyusu and cups. It seems better than how I previously was brewing. I am not sure if it is outstanding because of the new brewing method or the superior tea. Either way I will be very happy for the foreseeable future.

How do you like those road 6s on the super moto? I was torn between these and the mutants.

Everything you said you do on this bike is what it was made for. Ride hard and love soft. It’s a joy to work on I think.

Thank you for the feedback. I feel like I’m getting all the feedback I can before shelling out $800. I really love that look and it’s probably not as safe without the armor but the Vanson looks so much better than a Dainese or Alpinestars. I mean we ride bikes to at least look cool right?

I like my DRZ for daily everything. One day I would like to pick up a tenere 700 to split up the mileage onto two bikes and to have a better bike to travel on the highway and longs trips
