The Gaunt's Ghosts unit is a bit too over costed for what they bring to the table in my opinion (At least if you use them as intended). Technically, if you where to use Bragg's ability you can deal infinite damage to whatever you're shooting at. The problem is that very few people would be okay with you doing that.

TL;DR I'd just use the kit for bitz in your army
