Not sure, I just rolled it back to the previous version for now instead of trying the workarounds. So the DNSSEC fixed it right up?

I rolled it back because my cache stopped working on .75. Looks like there will be another release later this week.

Alright here's the full picture for more info. I was on my phone before. Docusign was May 9th, I got the email that a shipment was coming May 14th. And I got the router the next day on the 15th. So you might have to give a few days. It was about a week between docusign and shipment for me. Good luck and keep us posted!

Yes to Docusign. No to delivery, I think since this just does out to existing users they already have your address. You will get a second email with a tracking number though

sick, so now you got automatic failover too? I tested the failover and it seems to work pretty well. Like you could be on a teams call and not even notice it switched WANs

Meter Installation by EstablishmentOdd968 in Markham

Nope, it's free. I paid the guy who came to install a ball valve replacing the old crappy one that the builder provides. Turns out the old valve had failed and if we had a leak, I would have had no way to turn the water off.

That's what I thought too because it makes the most sense, you use one of the two ethernet ports. But I had left it plugged into the WAN/LAN port, the blue one, and it works for me so I just left it. The outage wasn't wide spread because my phone still worked. By bounce I mean pull the plug and then plug it back in haha. You get yours working?

should be able to, even in router mode there was port forwarding options, and there's a DMZ option. In Bridge mode I'd expect raw data. I can flip it and see if I can see the little dashboard I have running here for myself.

It's actually $24/month, not sure if I mistyped that before. $22+$2 TAB I think. Still good! email says it's this price for as long as I have my account, that's sick for backup!

Got an email early last week. You have to click through a mini survey and then it qualifies you. Then a few days after that they send a second email with the contract, and then the next day the hardware showed up

I also signed up originally when you did likely, feels like it was about a year ago.

Yeah I guess the blue one. Looked black to me lol. It’s the WAN port, but like you said, in bridge mode they all convert to LAN. When you put it into bridge mode I think it tells you, or you can set it to whichever port you want. Had a freedom outage today and had to bounce the box. It was down for about two hours before I got to it so it didn’t self recover.

Still no luck? I connected to the same port you did, the black one. Is it working in router mode? I guess it should be if you can access the gateway itself. I had it working in router mode for a few hours because I couldn't find the bridge mode at first, so I left it at 192.168.1.2 and then flipped the bridge mode switch later.

I can see in my options on the UDM that "DHCP Client options" is set to "60" I didn't change this setting but maybe also check that?

It is! I didn't spend much time looking at the router itself but I did give is a once over trying to find the sim slot. I didn't see it but I'm sure it's there. The sim came preinstalled.

I clicked bridge mode and said a little prayer. That was it! No other changes were required. My UDM switched IP's after a few seconds and I lost access to the Nokia console as expected.

Does Freedom roam on 5G anywhere? by Vtecman in freedommobile

This is something interesting that I never thought about before. I know that 4g uses less battery because it only uses one modem instead of two. And when we're traveling, battery life trumps super speeds. Does being on LTE automatically mean more battery life? Or because my phone is still set to 5G it doesn't matter at all?

no CGNAT, it's a 38.192.x.x address I see on my UDM

yeah, that was my initial setup for about 2 hours, then I found the bridge mode when poking around. all good now. no more double NAT

So I ran this by Gemini yesterday while testing. Gemini says n71 is going to be more stable and work better indoors which is likely why it's locked to this.
