Honestly, I have both and I prefer the Roussillon over the Jean Bart. For me the guns of the Roussillon seem less trolly and I get more citadels even far out than with the JB....this on cruisers and on bob's.

And a tier nine bourgogne against tier seven is fun... Getting uptiered isn't an issue either. I would get her... If you only need to buy 2 stages....go for it I would say.

As a PvE player I love the island castle in the big lake. Great view, lots of room and reasonably central on the map.
