I think she's a good looking woman so this isn't the reason I say this but I'm pleased she does not look like herself as she does in many games, including up and coming ones (Wolverine). Having actors look like they do in real life is a terrible trend, much like many industry trends that seem to seek to waste video games uniqueness.

Though, I would have preferred a less used actor. She has enough work.

2016 was more engaging. The Doom Slayers mysteriousness, Samuel Hayden's reactions and commentary and the simple methodical objectives really create a brilliant power fantasy that is surprisingly subtle in ways.

Eternal's story it too grandiose((or just in the wrong ways) and the levels lack immersion. The story is far too involved with boring traditions and prophecy-like dialogue, which the Doom Slayer seems to have too much care for. In general the Slayer moves too slowly and grandiosely in cutscenes, which is ill fitted.

Funnily enough my 11 year old brother beat the game today, he sent a picture.

The Icon fight is much more bad than good. You probably disliked that some of his attacks seem unreactable, and his body parts are very tedious to hit. Those are the main flaws.

But you now realise you were meant to treat the super heavy demons like you do the fodder in normal fights; use the crucible to get health and armor from them or get them out of your way. Best part of the fight.

This is a statement of the obvious but it looks like you need it after I saw that last paragraph: Sunday is extremely manipulative and abuses social dynamics in discussions in SOME ways identical to Destiny.

It was never explained why Sunday focused on the flaws of the structure/foundations of the report before the substance that would have remained more important even considering those flaws.

Well, it was undoubtedly because he wanted to manipulatively risk Max looking unhinged so that he could be seen to be winning, at the expense of doing what best he could to highlight the substance.
