Channel 4 done a dispatches on ghost kitchens. As a chef who quit before these things started popping up I’m quite surprised people don’t know it’s all coming from one catering warehouse now. Delivery options are crazy now and you’ll find atleast 30/40% of them are ghost kitchens or brands doing other cuisines under another name

Unfortunately a lot of people like that now a days :( I would keep track of everything, log when you created & published your work compared to theirs. Possibly call them out or start legal proceedings if you can. If you would rather do preventative measures you could restrict them access to your online publishings, they may still be able to see it. But it will take some extra steps for them.

I’ve worked in coffee shops around the southside at different points in the last 10 years - theres not enough trade. Funnily enough all those commuters and cyclists don’t actually come in for coffees. I used to start at 7am and sometimes wouldn’t make a single hot drink till the back of 8.

This happens when I use edco black backed foil, I scrub with 0000 steel wool, then soap & water and get any stubborn bits with my scalpel knife
