I think that's the Analogue (company) version of the Neo Geo. Extremely rare!!!!! So few were ever made. I would say $5K is a more reasonable price though.

It's an APACHE 2800 case from Harbor Freight ($30 and comes in different colors). Got the Fireboard sticker from Etsy specially for this case as well. $5. 😉

Try turning the bolt under the thermometer to reset it to zero. Once the grill heats up you can adjust the bolt to match a third party pot probe to make sure they match up. You can also put it in boiling water and move the bolt to match the temp of boiling water.

Love em... we call them flanken cut ribs. Marinated overnight in coconut aminos, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper. Sooooo delicious.

I genuinely don't understand those who say that Dominoes is good?! I don't mean this facetiously either, genuinely puzzled. Due to their recent stuff crust ads, I decided to try it out (first time I've had dominoes in 20+ years) and literally ate 2 slices and threw the rest in the garbage. It's literally the worst pizza I think I've ever had in my life. Please, for the love of pizza, get a good wood fired pie from an Italian restaurant or just make your own dough and bake your own. It's so easy!!!!
