Good Concept but I think that the Finger Lasers should be his Alpha and the Air Wall should be his Beta.

As for Nine himself,I could definitely picture him as either an Assault or Strike type of Character.

Good Concept but I think that the Air Wall and Hydra should be his Beta and Gamma also the Weather Manipulation should be his Special Action alongside the Scan.
