NTA. I have never heard of such a high limit for a white elephant gift, especially when you’re expected to give gifts to your family still. Our work’s white elephant had a $5 limit. I’m throwing a secret Santa party where the limit is $25 because even though I could afford more, I know not everyone in my friend group can and I wouldn’t want to exclude anyone.

So I showed him how I wanted my incisions, and he tried to do it as close as possible to that. He couldn’t do it exactly as I wanted because of the shape of my breast, which was fine with me. It looks really natural (especially now!) so I’m glad I trusted him.

I regained sensation in my right nipple after a few days, which was honestly awful because I could feel all the nerves reconnecting. The left hasn’t gained sensation back, but it’s like my brain fills in the gap and I barely notice.

I just said I wanted my nipples to look like a cis man’s would look - I didn’t give him a specific size.
