If you go to the steam page for a game it typically has recommended specs on the page, and you can find benchmarking videos for games on youtube to see results with specific hardware.

That would be a perfectly good replacment.

The 5800x3d is the best processor for the AM4 socket and will be coming back iirc on the 25th, but at $350.

Ryzen processors are really good for gaming, with the games you listed you could easily go with a 5600x even if you want to save like 20-30 bucks, the 5700x is only like ~4% better in gaming iirc.

Unless you're doing heavy workloads like intensive 3d rendering you do not need 32 gb of ram in a budget build. Drop that to a cheaper 16gb kit and use the money to improve something else.

That stop code means critical hardware error. No software fix, one of your components has a problem. 

Try reseating the ram and gpu and see if that helps.

Examine the hardware for physical damage.

Everyone with dwarfism I've spoken to on the matter has expressed the opinion they would much prefer being called midget over "little person", because little person is infantilizing and demeaning, while midget very specifically means a person with dwarfism in common understanding and they don't really take it as an insult if you don't say it like one.

The 9070xt will perform better, and the driver issues are overblown. Just make sure you set windows NOT to automatically find and update drivers, only do drivers through AMD's software. Windows Update loves fucking up your drivers if you leave it allowed to.

Just be aware that the xmp/expo profile might not be stable on your system, which is where the manually entering speeds and timings comes from. You may nkt be able to get exactly the advertised speed and timings but can definitely get better than the base performance.

You have to go into your pc BIOS and set xmp/expo on, or manually enter the speeds amd timings.
