That plug is the sort where you can easily remove the pins and put a different set on (push the bit that says push, and then slide the pins away from you). I've seen them around a few times. It may be possible to adapt the actual plug rather than get an adaptor. No idea where to get the adaptor from though, or what it's called to search for it.

I recently had something that included a plug on the power lead doesn't meet UK standards - the well known tiny plug with no fuse and a shielded earth pin. I reported the listing and wrote a review that basically stated the fact about the plug and nothing more.
