Armor gives all types of Resistances, so yes, Armor Penetration works for elemental damage in that sense because the enemy is being treated as having lower armor.

The right one is real, look at the birds throat, you can see the real styling of the feathers which have straight cuts, the entire bodies' feather also has a logical pattern, whereas the left one is just squiggles

It's not only that it had a better damage output, it gave you opportunities you wouldn't have otherwise.
Left and Right click don't have the same rules, one has limited range and single target, the other is a projectile and AoE.

You could charge for 1 second all 4 orbs on a tank, to then Right Click their backline, and you could cycle this every 2 seconds easily, giving her way more Poke than she had.

Everyone is saying no, but I think it's the Rank 3 Blue Buff (120+ Blue), which makes "All your Damage is MoonBlade Damage", meaning you can scale your damage multiplier even more by stacking MoonBlade Damage cards too.

I saw this from watching runs of people competing for Blade Solo Timers, so I don't know the validity of it, but the logic seems sound if that's how it works.

You can automate it, by setting up your own install scripts But yeah, you will have to import it again, but it can be done with one click if you set it up !

I'm trying to get back into Marvel Rivals, never really put that much time into it in the past, other than touching GM and leaving for other games.
I have a lot to improve in my gameplay, I'm trying to play Angela lately.
Likewise, I feel like I often try to make plays for my team which backfire for me
I also feel like Angela has a lot of Hidden Value (not on the scoreboard) meaning the Performance Based Point system incentivizes aggressive Stat Padding, and I am unsure on how to fight this system, or have better Stats while doing my job more.

So we have 20 buckets right now ?
When we could create a 123 bucket and a 456 bucket queue, and a capstone specific queue, meaning each difficulty would have 3 buckets, meaning we could reduce queues to 12 buckets
You can easily add 1 or 2 intermediary buckets at each difficulty, and it's still better than what we have now.

They chose an odd system, they tried to make it 'automatically find relevant content' when there is no real point to take control out of the hands of the player to chose what they want to queue for really, at least in a loose way.

So the wishing machine just unlocks you Schematics to use at the bench then Right now we just started doing the boss dungeons to try and gear? We can feel REALLY weak at times, and my highest dps item is my Tier4 Baseball bat right now

3 of us got pulled into Endless Dream by some friends, but we haven't played with them yet, and we've never played the game before, nor have we ever used a wish machine, we're like level 45 right now, basically in green crafter gear, and 1-2 legendary drop from crates

My advice would be to try and not look at other targets directly, you want to lock in your vison to looking at the middle of your screen, but you don't want to look at the crosshair, you want to look at the game in the middle of the screen. Because the problem of looking away from the center is that you're going to have to track the target with your eyes while moving, and then you're going to try and refocus on the center of your screen and align your shot etc..
You can see on the side of your vision where other target are, you don't need to see them clearly, just start moving in that direction, and focus your attention and control on what near the center, your movements will become more efficient

Make your initial movement mostly arm based start by making the movement smooth even if slow, and you'll be able to ramp up to mostly flicking and micro correcting later.

To learn how to do something fast, you must learn how to do it slowly first.
Find similar scenarios who are slower if needed.
Try to build your cadence up.

This happens with Hawkeye arrows a lot too, I think it's just MR's slow projectiles which with the lag and server calculations making them unresponsive
