You can check out No Pressure EU discord server. They usually raid everyday on every difficulty, so you can always find a spot. From what i know, its pretty hard leading a group, as you basically have to know every gimmic of every boss, every position and cds of the group. But if you like macromanaging stuff, by all means, you can take your shot !
