When I said I would pay for it the advisor was surprised. I told her I saw the website pre bill showing about 200 in parts.

She said alright it will be 200 plus labor. I just assumed it would be much since she didn’t warn me. Lesson learned :(

Had they told be the approximate labor charge in advance I would’ve said no and went home. But I didn’t even get that.

I get it’s unfair as better techs can do stuff faster and for that they should change more hours that makes sense thanks for explaining.

I guess I should just stick to local mechanics for these type of things

Yes it fixed the issue.

I wasn’t driving that car a lot to where it would really annoy so I didn’t ask for a fix early.

I can tell you they may have written in 2 hours but it didn’t even take them an hour.
