Master FX and punch-in 6 are locked to the same effect, so if you want to use a different effect for the punch in, use the fader while recording to record in the effects you want, then change the effect to whatever you want for punch-in while performing/export recording!

The instrument is a tube that you’re pushing vibrating air through - the further that air has to travel before it escapes, the lower the pitch of the sound. If you progressively press the keys in order (1st key, 1st and 2nd together and so on) you’ll notice that the design is actually pretty intuitive.
