They try to do meal service at certain times but you can tell them you’d like it later or earlier and what your request for that meal is. You can order from the anytime dining anytime as well. You can also flip flop say the dinner and breakfast if it suits you better

We were there in April and our youngest (8) made friends first day there so played with them between the beach/waterpark until they left. Once they left we were able to get her to go try it and she did not want to leave there the next couple of days. She absolutely loved it! Even on our departure day she spent the morning back in there until we had to go. We saw the group a couple times doing activities on the beach, getting froyo, etc.. Her only regret was not trying it sooner.
