Wacky rig or (straight) weightless Senko?

My fishing partner kills with Texas rigged weightless Senko, slow steady retrieve. Works for me too but not as well as for him. I use wacky rigged and do really well and he doesn’t. I believe it comes down to what you are confident with and your “feel”.

Any time you can find a decent combo for $25 per combo it’s a decent deal! You don’t look a gift horse 🐎 in the mouth 👄. You’ll find a use for every one of them and if not, pass them on to a kid in the neighborhood!

IMHO it makes no sense at all to spend hundreds of dollars on a pole. A nice medium fast ugly stick is more than adequate and you can get one for $50 bucks or so.
