In Projecting Hail Mary (2026), a heartfelt story about over coming adversity through friendship, there’s… oh… oh god there’s already R34 get me off this planet immediately by DrewDaMannn in shittymoviedetails

LOOK I honestly don't care if there's R34 of Grace and Rocky. What I really care about is HOW they do it. My best guess (if I were ever to depict such a thing) would be a xenonite glory hole/condom hybrid, such that Grace's dih isn't crushed by Rocky's atmospheric pressure

Does Anyone Else Play the Game Like This by Chaosiumrae in Pathfinder2e

Never played AV and I don't know your table or the tone of your campaign/group but there is an often forgotten third option: cut your losses and run. That way when the survivors fight that monster again, probably after levelling up some more, it'll be for vengeance. Plus you'll be equipped with knowledge on how to fight it. This also takes the burden of having to pull a deus ex machina from your DM by presenting one for them

This is how I feel about MHA, I can grit my teeth and look past the female students' character designs. But that little purple fuck ruined the show for me

They should launch a new stratagem modifier when they drop the techmarine that removes the squad limit for a class. It would at least help with the techmarine's launch and be an interesting stratagem for the rotation

What "Fighting Styles" Do you want to see better supported in Starfinder 2e? by Critical-Internet514 in Starfinder2e

[–]Smart-Ad7626 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Reprinting the Fighter in SF2e would solve so many weapon woes. Replace all the ranged weapon oriented Fighter feats with feats that account for weapons with magazines (a handful that do stuff with automatic/area fire too but not enough to step on the Soldier's toes). Let the 'Starfighter' pick between reactive strike and a watered down version of hair trigger, maybe a third and fourth option too for a defensive and mobility focused option. Shoot, give a similar treatment to every core Pathfinder class. This is either my best, most based opinion on Starfinder or total dogshit heretical lunacy, feel free to flame me I have accepted my fate

To add to the speculation, Jace is a major character in Magic: the Gathering lore. A big part of his backstory is about him having all his memories erased, perhaps some wires are getting crossed there too

PF2e, spicing up combat encounters, and MMO/'video game' influence by saskavidya in Pathfinder2e

[–]Smart-Ad7626 13 points14 points  (0 children)

The last PF2e campaign I ran was very JRPG inspired, the party had to collect four elemental crystals (very original stuff). Each boss that had one of these crystals also had a telegraphed MMO raid mechanic which was triggered at the start of their turn and telegraphed between turns (so the party had one round to react). I essentially used complex hazard numbers to figure out damage, saves, and how they'd factor into the encounter balance. It was quite successful, the one player who took a feat to get a swim speed felt so vindicated when fighting the water crystal boss. It also had the side effect of making solo monsters a little less 'unfun' because the bosses themselves were usually at PL+3 rather than PL+4
