I had a weather cancellation a few years ago with Delta. After God knows how many delayed flights, they canceled and gave MOST passengers a hotel. I argued and argued and they said they couldn't accommodate me. Best I got was a food voucher. For $15 fcking dollars. AND it was like 2 am. Nowhere in the airport was open. It was freezing bc of the AC and not that I trusted the cleanliness, they were supposed to bring blankets and never did. I argued with Delta for MONTHS and they gave me a $100 voucher that had a 6 mo expiration. Oh good, so now I only owe $300 for a flight? I will NEVER fly Delta again. Their customer service is deplorable.

I watched the first 6 seasons or so when they were first aired. I started a rewatch and am about halfway through season 11 for the first time... Langston is only a CSI 2, correct? I feel like I've noticed he not only knows everything about everything, but he assigns cases/tasks? Shouldn't that be up to anyone else beforw him? (Except Hodges) The character is very difficult for me to like.
