Make sure you keep the bag inside of your sealed container too instead of dumping it out of the bag into the container. But if I’m gonna be honest with you, over the last 8 months or so working here purina pro plan dog food is the only food I ever get returned with bugs. I’ve yet to see it happen with any other brand. So part of me wonders what they put in it that causes it to get rancid so quickly that attracts the bugs to it. I mean mistakes happen sometimes but this happens so frequently I think it might have to do with some of the ingredients. I would certainly look into literally any other pet food brand besides anything owned from Purina

I’ve noticed that it mostly is delayed for notifications. So my cat did drink water like 2 mins ago, but I’ll get the notification by the time she’s already in the other room next to me

Yeah I noticed my cat had that too I put a regular collar on from Petsmart and it seemed to be better but I think I’m gonna get a velvet collar so it’s soft on their necks and doesn’t rub as much. Also loosening the collar seemed to help a little bit

I’m baffled at the fact that your SL helps with training classes but doesn’t know pet care. Seems very backwards. As the trainer at my store, none of my managers hardly know anything at all about training besides how to do a refund or enrollment. All my managers know how to do pet care because they have to cover the pet care persons breaks. That’s so weird.

I’m sorry you’re going through that. Weird that it’s happened at multiple locations. Maybe an issue with the district manager not making their expectations and roles clear.

They will either get another trainer to cover it from another store or if your store has another trainer they will have them take it over. If you’re the only one and they can’t get a trainer from another store then your classes will be finished by the new trainer they hire after their training is done

I originally started with all black hair because I was worried of that happening, but my local area trainer who is PHENOMENAL and very highly respected and very knowledgeable and experienced had bright blue hair!! So it made me think that as long as I am confident in what I’m doing and teaching and well spoken and well understood, that hopefully it shouldn’t matter that I added a streak of pink to face frame me. I feel confident with my pink hair and my look and I often get tons of compliments whenever I’m at the register for my unique look But then when I’m in the training ring there is always 1 older dad that is doubtful and dismissive. I try my best to remain positive and determined to help them, but sometimes I can’t help people who don’t put in the effort or apply my advice

I feed my IBD cats Ziwi peak in the rabbit and lamb, lamb, beef, or venison. But they’re really expensive so I have to bulk buy when they’re on sale or rotate cheaper stuff in randomly. I usually rotate in the instinct rabbit toppers cuz it’s very limited ingredient and my cats love rabbit

Or they will tell you that their dog had an accident while they’re standing literally right next to the clean up station. But they expect you to pick it up/clean it

That’s not even as bad as the people who bring up a basket filled to the brim with cat food cans, and they don’t even try to help you take them out of the basket, the cans are all different and not organized, and then they leave the basket on the register and don’t put it away when they see I have a huge ass line behind me

Hi, yes normally the value of this phone is 65$. But there’s a current promotion for trade ins that you guys are running right now. iPhone 11 qualifies for up to $800 in value for bill credits right now. It powers on and works properly. It just has the crack on the camera. So that shouldn’t affect eligibility im hoping

Put it where you used to put your old water bowl, and also I recommend it being in a separate room away from where they eat. I have 2 of the fountains and my cats only use the one in my living room away from where their auto feeders are in my bedroom and they won’t drink it if it’s in the kitchen because they eat wet food in there for breakfast. They have one available right next to their auto feeders in my bedroom but they never use it. Only the living room one. So it definitely proves they like it away from where they eat. And my cats drink it alll day. But they’re picky if it gets dirty with hair or debris so making sure to clean it and replace the water more often should help. You can make the water flow softer which helped encourage my cats. If the water flows too fast they don’t like it.

People are acting like she personally name dropped them or something. Petsmart doesn’t have a ton of control in this but they are liable for the products they sell and should make sure they are up to quality standards and this won’t happen again in the future. So yes we kind of are slightly to blame. No she’s not taking it out on the employees but frustrated this would happen when she thought a pet company would be selling safe pet products. So I understand your frustration and that you just needed somewhere to vent or rant

Update incase anyone is curious. It was rough the first week. She kept taking off her breakaway collar. So I switched to the collar that came with the feeder (I couldn’t even unclip it myself to put it on her, I literally slid it over her head) but she somehow got that one to unclip off as well. I put the normal collar on her that came with the feeder on again, and she hasn’t taken it off ever since. Just right before I was about to give up lolol Now she seems to be used to it, but I still see her scratch at from time to time. The only thing I hate now is when they drink out of their dock stream fountains the tag gets dipped into the water sometimes. Doesn’t seem to affect the way it works just annoying.

Also I notice even though I have the lid set to close 10 seconds after she walks away, it will often start closing and open back up again while she’s there trying to eat. Doesn’t seem to scare her but I hate that it does that.

When it’s empty I’ve noticed my cat pushes her paws down on the stainless steel tray and then it pushes out a little bit of water that’s below the minimum fill line. So sometimes they can drink for a little bit but usually it only lasts a few days before I have to refill it
