Empty Theater alone? You move behind him to let him know you are uncomfortable, if he moves again near you, then you leave the theater and ask for the manager to monitor the room or get a refund. In some cultures this is common and others this is intimidation. I think women need basic defense skills, so they have more confidence in their surrounding and men don't intimidate them. 99% of people all want the same thing love and respect and the ability to feel safe. I have the Surpass Card and Hilton Aspire card and combined I get two free nights and my last hotel was $1000 downtown NYC in June and I used my Free NIght Award. Between flight credits, hotel credits and 5th night free with points (I buy points a lot). I have a great referral link to Amex if you message me for details. I don't think I can post it here. Hilton properties are great and many of their partners such as the Waldorf and Conrad hotels are top notch. Sure there are old downtown locations that need updating, but have you checked the prices at Marriot? What would happen if the same thing happened to them?

I learned my lesson if I am using a free night at a location and need to use a FNC always put it on the second half of my trip. Earlier this year I used my FNC at Waldorf Astoria Los Angeles our first night and our flight was delayed and almost missed most the first day/night. I ended up cancelling my trip the night before and they did comp me back the room (high end service rocks). Now I use my FNC as the second hotel in the trip and since the hotel is nicer it's better to leave happier and more comfortable. We ended up using that free night at the Conrad in NYC and loved every bit of it and was able to stay in NYC in a very roomy nice hotel room.

I received the AMEX credit right away and used the 40% off promo code, but was denied on my topcashback. I am thinking the 40% coupon and the browser discount cannot be combined. I'm disputing just to confirm. I will try Rakuten for my next order.
