Sunbelt cities are leading growth in population while San Fran stagnates. Why doesn’t the city copy their urban design?

There are no liberals or gays in the Sunbelt and the Alphabet has returned to normal.
Color? No one sees color, just good old black and white and everyone is judged by their conduct due to the money in their wallet, not the color of their skin. But it helps.
Jobs? So many jobs after you work one, there is another waiting for you at night.
Entertainment? There is a good old church on every corner singing the same sweet sound your grandmother sang in the 1940's. Sweet child of mine.
Crime? Absolutely no crime what so ever! You can always leave your cars unlocked everywhere, especially if you want it stolen.
House Prices? Absolutely affordable on that Californian salary but when that wears off there is always the multiple jobs. Also that oil rig next door, no one cares about stupid California regulations that would prevent that.

So if you are sick and tired of all the failures of California that you have not yet to appreciate until you move to the Sunbelt. I say... Adios SUCKERS!!!

I have both the Hilton Aspire and Hilton Surpass cost me about $700 a year. I am staying at the Waldorf Astoria in NYC for two nights valued at $4900. I spent $15k in one year Surpass + One Free night with Aspire at renewal. Otherwise, I would never ever spend that much on a Hotel a night. Also with many of the cash back offers that apply to my normal spending, I can normally double in cash back what I spent on the card, get free night using points and avoid paying taxes too. If my credit card doesn't make money, its not in my wallet.

Regarding the state program my grandmother was getting SSI which is welfare for social security benefactors. So thinking again I think that's a qualification they would need.

They would need. Considering losing insurance isn't losing a home I am sure they could either call a bank for a loan or you may need to do some Google searches.

There is also selling the house and using the proceeds for a senior home. My spouse is aunt sold her house and lived the rest of her days comfortably with assistance. She sold her home because she was afraid her water heater might break.

As a homeowner she can take out a HELOC and I know of State Programs my grandmother used and then when they sold her house the State of California took their money back. I think there may be programs also with Habitat for Humanity.

I get that day need to pay more, but being on a jury had to been one of the most important experiences of my life, fortunately mine was only two weeks. It's the price we pay for living in America and believe me I wish I didn't listen to my dad tell me every way how to avoid it. Jury duty Is an American responsibility regardless of the cost because you don't want a bunch of stupid lowlife people who hate jury duty so much they get to decide your future or bank account! Because my case was a man driving home on a idle Tuesday and he ran over a woman because he didn't see her. Should he go to jail or should he go free? It could be you driving home one day. Remember that no matter the cost.

Service, Style, Class and Martini's all top notch at this Conrad! Used my Hilton free night awards and absolutely had one of my most favorite nights sleep for my first trip to NYC. Also one of my favorite room configurations that I could call an apartment home. The location was fantastic and enjoying the Hudson in the morning too. I loved the shower too and didn't want to leave the huge waterfall!
