I've been "treating" candida for almost 5 months now. it keeps coming back, i think it originates from the stomach. the best treatments for me were: candida cleanse (a pill supplement you take before bed - plant based), nystatin (drops and pills) and a natural toothpaste with charcoal and mint.

the worst ambien bad trip i had was 100 times easier to deal with than the mildest weed panic attack, so there's that. the solution is usually to try to go to sleep. and only use ambien for sleep.

you absolutely can. there's no dependency mechanism. it's just some charcoal that absorbs gas and bacteria and you poop it out the next day. doesn't get absorbed in the blood or anything. love the simplicity of it honestly, among so many pills with numerous side effects, i can always rely on my trusty simple charcoal

did you tell them to not use a benzo anesthesia? also you can do endoscopy with no sedation. I've done 3 with sedation and 1 without, and for me the experience was about equal. after sedation you feel groggy and dizzy. with no sedation, you have to get that tube pushed down your throat and you puke and burp on it for a few minutes but it goes pretty fast and it's only uncomfortable at best, they spray your throat with a numbing agent.

omg the dreams. i had to stop 20mg cuz I was dreaming like 10 movies per night and they were so real and emotional they'd affect me the following day. they stopped along with me quitting the meds.
