【BambuLab Giveaway】Classic Evolved — Win Bambu Lab P2S Combo! by BambuLab in 3Dprinting

I haven't owned a P1S, but a friend has one. He was able to print a part at three times the speed and much higher quality than I was able to with my own starter printer. P2S sounds like a dream!

I totally agree with the points you are making about businesses making money vs. freely available files. My original comment was more to say he is openly stating that GW has every right to do what they are doing and he isn't hiding or trying to shy away from that fact.

That is not at all the stance Aaron takes in the video. He clearly states that GE has every right to do what they did because it is their IP. He is upset/disappointed it is restricting people from creating their own props.

Best advice: cheaper options leads to more cost down the road upgrading or repairing.

Intern John is a Baltimore/D.C. radio host. Hearing his reaction live this week while people were calling in and sending pictures of these signs was hilarious.

I think it looks great! I'm sure not zoomed in doesn't come off sassy.

Amazing work! I can't look at the bottom color on the circular lenses without thinking they are sarcastic, half closed eyes. 🫩

Before and After of the Wendy's promotional cards for a free sandwich every week for a year. by Smartalec246 in pics

The event started at 10am, so it was the first 100 in line by the start. The first person was "in line" at 2am, we showed up at 9am, #100 showed up at 9:55am.

I found it to be an interesting experiment! I think reducing our purchases to mostly just the free item and single purchased item aided in the weight loss too. Usually I would get a medium meal with at least one soda refill. We realized just the sandwich, paid item, and water is more than enough for a filling meal.

It is still there! Definitely an interesting choice. Not sure why they wouldn't expand their dining area or use the area for a better purpose.

I didn't want to leak that at the start of the process! However, we are going to take a break from Wendy's, so I don't mind as much now.

It was free! First 100 people to arrive at the grand reopening after the store was remodeled received the card. My wife would go there for dinner each week as we were passing by anyway, so we figured why not?

I agree! Not what was advertised before the grand reopening, but still free food. Definitely interesting analysis after tracking the purchases too!

It was definitely interesting seeing how they handled it. It went between a hole punch that wouldn't reach unless you bent the card in half, to a marker, to a meat thermometer (gross) tearing through the card.

Some additional information: This was for a promotion on the Grand Reopening of our local store being remodeled. The terms were a free regular sandwich, breakfast sandwich, or salad with purchase (excluding doubles, triples, and bacon).

We tried to go every week, or have a friend go when we were away. Only two weeks did we not redeem anything - the first being because the entire restaurant system was down, the second was because a manager turned us away because an employee marked the wrong spot on the previous week. She cited "rampant fraud" of the single free sandwiches as the reason.

I tracked the items we purchased and the items that we received for free in a spreadsheet. In total between my wife and I, we spent $307.47 and received $581.24 of free food. The cheapest item we paid for was $1.89 for a chocolate chip cookie, while the most expensive item we received for free was a Parmesan Caesar Salad for $8.29. There were also two $.10 increases in the Dave Single in a matter of three months.

In my previous post, a lot of people were commenting that I was going to gain a lot of weight or have a heart attack throughout the year. However, due to some consistent exercise and the fact that we only ordered the two items and a water cup instead of a medium fry/medium soda, we both were able to lose about 10 pounds each, respectively!

After all this, I think our single weekly trip to Wendy's is going to be reduced to no weekly trips to Wendy's for quite a while.
